Why I joined KW Commercial

I was a commercial agent for 8 years before I joined Keller Williams Realty.  I was considering Keller Williams because of the generous 70%-30% Commission split and 100% commission after “Capping”.  What clinched the deal for me was the opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a new Nationwide Commercial Division.

KW Commercial provides me with Training using bi-monthly Webinars and twice a year face to face meetings and presentations by Commercial Real Estate Professionals at MEGA Camp and Family Reunion.

Commercial real estate is so broad that one person cannot be an expert in every area.  KW Commercial gives me access to Commercial Real Estate Professionals who have expertise in all commercial disciplines by just picking up the phone or sending an email.

I can represent myself to my clients as a Full Service Commercial Real Estate Agent because of the great team I have behind me.

I receive about two referrals a month from agents in my Market Center, adjacent Market Centers in my region and from the KW Commercial National Referral Network.

KW Commercial gives me national branding and marketing tools to effectively and successfully compete in my market area.

I participate in Profit Sharing which supplements my income while I am an active agent and will continue when I eventually retire.  This is a feature offered at Keller Williams Realty.
